Irene Graham, Author of The Memoir Writing Workbook, facilitates a Memoir Writing Workshop at Lis Ard Estate Fri 21 to Sun 23 March. Her workshops, renowned internationally, use right-brain/left-brain learning techniques that show the writer how to translate their life experiences into engaging stories.
Starting with dinner at 6pm Fri evening, this workshop provides exercises that tap into creativity and trigger life experiences. Participants also learn how to weave family history into memoir and story. The workshop also provides writer with a bedrock of material that can be used in fiction writing.
Throughout the weekend participant’s focus, develop and structure a short memoir. Workshops participants are also welcome to develop a memoir they are currently working on.
Open to writers at any stage of the writing process.
